Job description

Your Talent Team is conducting a confidential search for an Executive Director to lead an established North Central West Virginia nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The organization generates approximately $5.2M in annual revenue and is entering an important next chapter of modernization, growth, and expanded community impact.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization, its people, programs, financial sustainability, and execution of its mission.
