Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, programs, services, facilities, and events.
• Lead, develop, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage organizational budgets, expenditures, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships with donors, businesses, volunteers, community organizations, government agencies, and other partners.
• Lead fundraising and resource development efforts.
• Identify grant and funding opportunities and assist with grant applications and reporting.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
• Oversee marketing, communications, and community outreach initiatives.
• Evaluate programs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure organizational policies, financial requirements, and operational standards are followed.
• Nonprofit experience is preferred; strong leadership, community involvement, fundraising, business development, or organizational management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
