Fair Chance seeks a visionary, strategic, and collaborative Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth following a leadership transition. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee organizational strategy, fundraising, operations, external relations, and organizational culture while serving as Fair Chance's chief spokesperson and champion.
Working closely with the Board and leadership team, the Executive Director will supervise the

Over more than two decades, Fair Chance has become a respected leader in nonprofit capacity building, partnering primarily with organizations led by leaders of color and individuals with lived experience. The organization has helped improve outcomes for nearly 200,000 children, youth, and family members while advancing more racially equitable communities. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee organizational strategy, fundraising, operations, external relations, and organizational culture while serving as Fair Chance's chief spokesperson and champion.
Working closely with the Board and leadership team, the Executive Director will supervise the Deputy Executive Director, Finance & Operations Manager, and Development team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture.
Salary: $165,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and additional employee benefits.
