Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Sunnyvale community, focusing on resident well-being, financial performance and regulatory compliance. You will oversee care, sales and a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional elder living experience for residents and families.

You will drive occupancy and revenue, manage P&L and budgets, mentor leaders, and partner with the sales team to maximize move-ins.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.

Pay Range: 113,256.00 - 161,928.00
