Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the marketing and sales strategy for our community, driving occupancy, revenue, and long-term growth. You will partner with the Executive Director and community teams to craft dynamic plans, nurture referral networks, and manage CRM-driven pipelines.

In this role you will oversee move-in processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and coach the team on sales accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing success in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with partners.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Independent, goal-driven mindset and ability to manage priorities.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local market trends and create dynamic Sales & Marketing Plans.

Pay Range: 31.90 - 42.60
