LCS is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations at Rose Senior Living at Providence Park in Michigan. The role leads a multi-unit senior living community, focusing on resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance, with a collaborative, compassionate culture.

You will drive strategic growth, manage operating budgets, and partner with sales, marketing, and regional leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for residents, families, and team members.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry.
• Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences.

LCS is hiring for an Executive Director to oversee the overall operations at Rose Senior Living at Providence Park. This community offers 69 independent living units, 75 assisted living, and 38 memory care units. At Providence Park, you will have an opportunity to join a collaborative, energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for residents and their families while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.

The Executive Director serves as the overall leader of the community, responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and strategic growth. This role provides visionary leadership while creating exceptional experience for residents, families, and team members.

The actual title & salary will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
