Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our Adult Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical collaboration to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to adults in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with expertise in behavioral health regulations, residential program management, financial oversight, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Administration
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the CRR program.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health and residential services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care.
Program Oversight
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered treatment services.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee licensing requirements, audits, and accreditation processes.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage the program budget.
- Oversee billing, reimbursement processes, and fiscal sustainability.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities as appropriate.
Human Resources & Team Development
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate leadership and management staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and staff training.
- Promote staff engagement, professional development, and retention.
Community & Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as the primary representative of the organization with regulatory agencies, referral sources, families, and community partners.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the behavioral health network.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or residential services.
- Strong knowledge of adult behavioral health regulations and CRR program requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
