  • Oversee billing, reimbursement processes, and fiscal sustainability.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities as appropriate.
  • Recruit, supervise, and evaluate leadership and management staff.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and staff training.
  • Promote staff engagement, professional development, and retention.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the organization with regulatory agencies, referral sources, families, and community partners.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the behavioral health network.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our Adult Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical collaboration to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to adults in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with expertise in behavioral health regulations, residential program management, financial oversight, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Administration
