Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our Adult Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical collaboration to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to adults in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with expertise in behavioral health regulations, residential program management, financial oversight, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Administration

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the CRR program.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health and residential services.
