We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our independent living community in the Kansas City Metro Area. This role will create an environment where residents feel connected, engaged, and truly at home.

The Executive Director will provide overall leadership for the The Welstone at Mission Crossing community, overseeing daily operations while building a strong culture of hospitality, service, and resident satisfaction. This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, developing teams, solving problems, and turning ideas into action.

The ideal leader will be responsible for the overall success of the community, including resident engagement, team leadership, financial performance, operations, strategic planning, and community relations. The Executive Director will work closely with residents, families, staff, and organizational leadership to ensure a consistently exceptional living experience.
