The Landing of Longcove, operated by Triple Crown Senior Living, in Mason, OH, seeks an experienced Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of the assisted living community. You will lead the team to deliver exceptional resident care, manage finances, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will drive revenue growth while controlling costs, cultivate a culture of respect and service, and align operations with our mission to be Best-in-Class in senior living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ED in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
• Knowledge of state regulations is required.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn additional software programs.

Location:Mason, OH

Triple Crown Senior Living is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of The Landing of Longcove, an assisted living community in Mason, OH! As the Executive Director (ED), you will create a positive environment and experience for all customers, including residents, their families, staff, and referral sources. The ideal candidate will lead the team in developing a business that meets revenue goals while effectively controlling expenses. You will thrive in an environment prioritizing customer-first service, respect, openness, and nurturing.

Work Experience Requirements:
