Lead. Connect. Build. Serve.

Help shape the next chapter of Impact46—and the community it serves.

About Impact46

Impact46 strengthens Lawrenceville by bringing people, organizations, and resources together to improve quality of life and community well-being. Working at the intersection of city government, the faith community, and the broader community, we identify needs, build partnerships, and turn collaboration into practical service. Current initiatives include City-supported utility and housing assistance; shelter and development services for men experiencing homelessness; leadership development for high school students; a summer internship program; and other programs designed to strengthen both citizens and the Lawrenceville community.

The Opportunity

Impact46 has established strong programs, trusted partnerships, and meaningful community support. The Board, City leaders, faith community, and community partners are committed to its continued success. We are seeking an Executive Director (ED) who can build on that tradition of service to lead Impact46 into its next chapter. The right leader will combine vision with execution-recognizing emerging needs, developing distinctive services and partnerships, expanding financial support, leading staff effectively, and ensuring that Impact46 remains accountable, well-managed, and focused on measurable community impact.

What the Executive Director Will Lead
  • Strategic direction—working with the Board to turn Lawrenceville needs and opportunities into focused priorities and measurable results.
  • Fundraising and development—building relationships with donors, churches, businesses, foundations, and grant makers to diversify and grow financial support.
  • Community partnerships—strengthening Impact46's relationships with the City of Lawrenceville, faith community, schools, nonprofits, civic organizations, businesses, and community leaders.
  • Organizational leadership—leading the Operations Director, Program Director, and staff through clear expectations, accountability, strong systems, and a culture of service and excellence.
  • Program impact—ensuring current programs remain effective while developing thoughtful new initiatives that fit Impact46's mission and capacity.
  • Financial stewardship and Board partnership—maintaining organizational sustainability, transparency, and a productive relationship with the volunteer Board of Directors.
The Leader We Are Looking For

We are looking for a visible, trusted, and entrepreneurial community leader who can move comfortably among city leaders, pastors, donors, business leaders, staff, students, volunteers, and the people Impact46 serves.

  • A relationship-builder who earns trust and brings people with different perspectives together around a common purpose.
  • A successful fundraiser who is comfortable inviting people and organizations to invest in a mission that matters.
  • A strategic thinker who sees possibilities and can turn good ideas into practical, sustainable action.
  • A strong manager who develops people, establishes accountability, and leads without controlling every detail.
  • A compelling communicator who can clearly tell the Impact46 story and demonstrate its value to Lawrenceville.
  • A leader who combines compassion with accountability, innovation with responsible stewardship, and vision with sound judgment and integrity.
What Success Looks Like

Success will be reflected in a stronger and more sustainable Impact46: expanded and diversified financial support, deeper community partnerships, effective staff leadership, measurable program results, thoughtful new initiatives, and a reputation for integrity, collaboration, and meaningful service to Lawrenceville.
