Job summary

Kids Thrive in Dayton, OH is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Early Childhood Day Treatment program. You will oversee operations, champion a child-centered approach, ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

This role guides clinicians and support staff, manages budgets, and builds partnerships with families and community providers to support growth, healing and coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the early childhood day treatment program, setting strategic goals aligned with best practices in behavioral health and early childhood development.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated, skilled team.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations including HIPAA, ICD coding standards (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, and medical documentation requirements.
• Develop and monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies to sustain high-quality services.
• Foster strong relationships with families, caregivers, community partners, and healthcare providers to coordinate case management and home & community care initiatives.
• Lead quality assurance efforts through data collection, research initiatives, clinical documentation audits, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
