Job summary

Moments Hospice in Illinois seeks an Executive Director to lead the branch, set strategy, guide day-to-day operations, and ensure compassionate patient care for end-of-life journeys.

You will drive performance, shape clinical and operational goals, collaborate with company leadership, manage resources, and foster a supportive, entrepreneurial environment that empowers your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Administration required; Master's preferred.
• 2-5 years Hospice leadership experience.
• Strong healthcare knowledge of theories and best practices in hospice care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving, time management and organization.
• Adaptable and agile in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
