Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive to oversee the operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory aspects of a behavioral health facility in Georgia. You will lead strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program growth with a focus on patient outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and preferred mastery of a advanced degree. Local travel and collaboration with external stakeholders are expected.

  • Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership responsibilities.

  • Report on KPIs related to access, engagement, clinical quality, and financials.
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory standards.

We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Summary:

Responsible for the operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory oversight of the behavioral health facility (substance use and/or mental health).

Pay:

$85,000 - $110,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establishes and executes a strategic plan to promote program growth and respond to changes in the marketplace.
  • Develops a management team capable of critical thinking, strong employee relations, and effective teamwork.
  • Reports and manages key performance indicators related to patient access, client engagement, employee engagement, clinical excellence and financial metrics.
  • Leads and participates in Performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Maintains a highly interactive relationship with the organization’s support services as well as external stakeholders and carries out related assignments as needed.
  • Participates in Operations meetings and other organizational work groups and task forces.
  • Ensures programming and operations of the facility meet regulatory and accreditation standards. (i.e. CARF)
  • Establishes a welcoming environment and promotes a client centered treatment delivery system.
  • Establishes a system of consistent communication at the program level including daily, weekly and monthly shift reports and staff meetings.
  • Continues to develop strong onboarding process for new employees and works to establish strong employee retention initiatives.
  • Oversees development of program budget and expenditures.
  • Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information
  • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provide training and day-to-day support to the facilities team.

Required Qualifications
Licensure, Education, & Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of management experience required. Experience managing large or multiple healthcare programs preferred.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, health administration, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or other related field.
  • Master’s Degree is preferred.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds. The employee must seldom carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet & indoors. This position will require local travel. This position will be scheduled based on operational need & will be required to provide own transportation. Incumbent may be exposed to virus, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment. Incumbent may be exposed to traumatic situations (i.e. psychiatric).
