Job summary

Sagora Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care community. You will ensure warm, compassionate, secure resident care while driving profitable operations, reporting to the Regional Director/VP and partnering with Sales to sustain high occupancy.

You will guide multiple departments, manage staff, and uphold Sagora’s core values of Commitment, Empowerment, Communication, Excellence, and Teamwork. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of management experience in the senior housing industry (AL, MC, or LTC).
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office experience with the ability to create reports and analyze operational issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community: resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Oversee management of all team members: recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Build relationships with residents and families; report to the Regional Director/VP with reporting metrics.
