Sagora Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead the Rio Terra community in New Braunfels, TX. You’ll oversee financials, HR, and operations, ensure a warm, compassionate atmosphere, and promote independence and activity for residents while maintaining profitability.

You’ll build strong relationships with residents and families, report to the regional VP, collaborate with sales and marketing to maximize occupancy, develop budgets, supervise multiple departments, and stay on call for

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of management experience in the senior housing industry (AL, MC, or LTC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to develop budgets and manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community, including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Build relationships with residents and families and communicate effectively with staff.
• Report to the Regional Director/VP with assigned metrics and ensure 100% occupancy targets.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• On-call 24/7 for emergencies and manage weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
