Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Officer Digital Enablement to translate enterprise strategy into scalable activation plans for executive leaders. You will drive leadership growth and business impact across a global, matrixed organization.

Role focuses on AI transformation, digital leadership, and data-driven decision making, with onsite work at Medtronic HQ in Minneapolis or other global Medtronic offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in leadership or executive development or related field.
• Experience leading complex enterprise initiatives or transformation programs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in global or matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated use of data, metrics, insights, and feedback to drive decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy and leadership needs into activation plans for executive leaders.
• Design multi-modal activation strategies that move beyond events and courses.
• Integrate activation into talent systems, including development plans and readiness.
• Establish measurement strategies and business reviews to evaluate impact.
• Collaborate with a complex stakeholder ecosystem to drive enterprise adoption.
• Own operating rhythms, budgets, and vendor relationships for activation efforts.
• Build executive-ready tools and materials to apply new capabilities.
