Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead clinical operations across renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient dialysis programs, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services. You will partner with Medical Directors to plan growth, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, mentor staff, and represent services in the community.

Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years experience as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; leadership experience in multi-system dialysis operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; recruit and develop staff.
• Manage operational and capital budgets; ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and update policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
