Tietoevry Corp. seeks an L1 IT Support specialist to provide hands-on deskside assistance for employees and executives in Mendota, Minnesota. You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, resolve printer and connectivity issues, and support basic workstation configuration.

Coordinate with L2 EUC and engineering teams for complex problems, document incidents, and maintain high levels of customer service and clear communication with users.

Qualifications

• Hardware and peripherals support.
• Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing and remote-support tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide deskside support for employees and executives/VIPs.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Resolve monitor, docking station, printer, Bluetooth, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with basic workstation configuration and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Coordinate with L2 EUC and engineering teams for complex issues.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and escalations.
