Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university required.
• Five years of relevant occupational experience required.
• Three to five years of demonstrated leadership experience required.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, manage, and coach a diverse faculty/staff.
• Ensure compliance with College policies and procedures.
• Lead strategic division plans and program review processes.
• Develop and manage division budgets and resources.
• Foster external partnerships and grant opportunities.
• Oversee the Lakeshore Childcare Center.
