Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead - Principal to steer enterprise data transformation programs and act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape program strategy, and ensure successful, profitable delivery while driving data-driven client outcomes.

You will guide the delivery of data products and analytics solutions, mentor junior consultants, and influence roadmaps, operating models, and governance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data/analytics programs.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering data transformation at scale.
• Strong mastery of Agile delivery practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data product delivery and data transformation programs.
• Act as primary solution and delivery owner with business-technical alignment.
• Advise executive sponsors on priorities, ROI and roadmap.
• Drive account growth through delivery excellence and client relationships.
• Mentor delivery leaders and consultants across teams.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve delivery productivity.
