Job summary

Zeus Fire & Security seeks a Senior Analyst, Office of the CEO to act as the analytical engine for the executive office. You will gather data from multiple sources, reconcile discrepancies, form defensible viewpoints, and deliver actionable insights directly to the CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, and board.

You will manage discrete initiatives and assist with operational continuity of the executive office, with exposure to financial, acquisition, and strategic material before most of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years in analytical, strategy, or FP&A roles.
• Advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and reconciliation.
• Ability to produce executive-level PowerPoint materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive questions into defined analytical scope and deliver actionable answers.
• Gather and reconcile data from ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.
• Build models on revenue, margins, headcount, backlog, and profitability.
• Deliver board-ready decks and reporting packages with clear recommendations.
• Own recurring executive reporting products end-to-end.
