Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security is seeking a Senior Analyst, Office of the CEO to drive data-driven decisions for the executive team. You will transform open questions into scoped analyses, reconcile data from ERP/CRM systems, and present defensible interpretations to leadership for immediate action.

You will own analytics and reporting, build visualizations, and support cross-functional initiatives including post-acquisition workstreams and board materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4 to 7 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling and large data sets.
• Working proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reconciliation.
• Ability to build executive-level PowerPoint materials.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Track record of managing projects to completion in a cross-functional environment without formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief senior executives concisely.
• Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive questions into a defined analytical scope and execute independently.
• Gather, structure, and reconcile data from ERP, CRM, and legacy hub systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and document authoritative sources.
• Build analytical models covering revenue, margins, headcount, backlog, and profitability.
• Deliver clear recommendations with assumptions and conditional bets.
• Create board-quality decks, memos, and monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
• Support post-acquisition integration and diligence efforts.
