• Strong analytical judgment and data integrity.
• Experience coordinating across teams to resolve data issues.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives as a senior individual contributor.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
• Comfort engaging with engineering or operations teams.
• Ability to work in ambiguity, changing priorities, and urgent requests.
