Job summary

Kalcon seeks an experienced Project Director to provide executive Owner Representation for planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover of large-scale hyperscale data center campuses.

This role leads across multiple projects and teams to ensure objectives related to scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational readiness are achieved. You will mentor Project Managers and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to drive successful programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years in large-scale construction programs.
• 10+ years in Data Centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading programs >$500M in value.
• Proven ability managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Certifications: PMP/CCM/PE/DBIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Owner's Representative for multiple data center projects.
• Provide executive leadership for planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover.
• Direct Project Managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to successful delivery.
• Lead executive-level meetings and client presentations.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation to protect cost and schedule.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across workstreams.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and funding requests.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client expectations are met.
