Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks an executive leader to oversee data center operations as a DCEO Cluster Manager. You will direct multiple facilities, guide Area and Facility Managers, and ensure top-tier uptime across locations.

Your strategic vision must align with AWS’s mission to deliver world-class infrastructure while driving continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency. You will serve as the technical resource for Regional Managers, manage an extensive organization, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management and team development experience.
• 5+ years of engineering work managing large-scale services experience.
• Experience operating a mission-critical team or product.
• Experience maintaining SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations management team including facility managers and engineers.
• Establish performance benchmarks, analyze operations, and report on critical facility metrics.
• Oversee 24x7 on-site shift technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and capacity planning across data centers.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement regionally the company-wide initiatives.
