Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an executive Data Analyst to support the FBI NSB and senior leaders. You will extract data from enterprise databases, build Power BI dashboards, and draft executive briefing papers and policy documents.

You'll bridge operational performance with resource decisions, delivering insights that inform program resourcing, readiness, and mission execution. This role requires TS clearance and effective communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expert-level federal government experience leading and coordinating complex projects.
• 3+ years in an Executive Staff-level environment advising senior leadership.
• 3+ years researching, analyzing, and authoring policy drafts, MOUs, and reports.
• 3+ years writing data- and resource-focused briefs linking performance to budgets.
• 3+ years aligning operational outcomes with federal budget principles.
• 1+ year writing formal reports and delivering briefing materials to executives.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and FBI suitability willingness.

Responsibilities

• Author executive briefing papers and memos summarizing program data and recommendations.
• Draft policy updates, MOUs, RFIs, and taskers.
• Coordinate across FBI divisions to gather info and track deliverables.
• Brief senior management on program status and resource constraints.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate performance.
• Query and extract data from enterprise databases and create Power BI reports.
• Attend meetings, capture minutes and action items.
