Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an executive Data Analyst to provide Staff-level support to the FBI National Security Branch. You will extract data from enterprise databases, build Power BI visualizations, and draft executive briefing papers and policy documents for senior leadership.

You will apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate high-impact national security programs, helping inform resource decisions and strategic mission execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of expert-level federal government experience leading complex projects.
• 3+ years advising senior leadership in an Executive Staff-level environment.
• 3+ years researching, analyzing, and authoring policy drafts, MOUs, and analytical products for executive audiences.
• 3+ years writing data- and resource-focused briefs linking operational performance to fiscal allocations.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and FBI suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Author executive-level briefing papers, memos, and policy updates.
• Draft branch-level status papers, MOUs, and formal responses to RFIs and taskers.
• Coordinate across FBI divisions to gather information and track deliverables for executives.
• Brief senior management on program status, milestones, and resource constraints.
• Extract and analyze data from enterprise databases; create Power BI reports for briefing materials.
