Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Project Integrator to join the Chief of Staff team supporting the CISO and Cyber Security Front Office. You will help manage budgets, planning, meetings, and enterprise communications while coordinating with executives and stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a technical degree, and strong communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment emphasizing security and governance.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or scientific field.
• Ability to manage high-priority tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and enterprise leadership.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity-related taskings and data calls for the CISO and Front Office.
• Capture meeting minutes and document Memorandums for the Record.
• Interact with Enterprise leadership and coordinate with governance boards.
• Coordinate large-scale events and briefings with Communications.
• Research and prepare material for IT/cybersecurity meetings and TEMs.
• Ensure responses are coordinated and reviewed across stakeholders.
• Provide support for IT/cybersecurity briefings and planning.
