Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willing to submit to a Poly.
• Demonstrated experience in technical cyber capabilities.
• Familiarity with Cyber Subordinate Headquarters, Cyber Mission Teams and related cyber organizations.
• Be able to advise on bridging CYBER and SOCOM infrastructure and merging capabilities with existing systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Joint, Interagency, and Army Component staffing pathways.
• Working knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge/collection management systems.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Cyber Operations Integrator and as a technical advisor.
• Provide expertise in cyberspace operations requirements, processes, and directives.
• Review Joint Cyber capabilities and assist in training, manning, equipping, validating, and employing cycles.
• Draft, format, review, and quality check cyber domain training plans, CONEMPs, MICONs and CONOPs.
• Ensure CSU initiatives are coordinated within IC, USCYBERCOM, Combatant Commands and Theater Component requirements.
• Identify and participate in cyber capabilities related to Communities of Interest.
• Use intelligence tools for analytical support to identify space-focused opportunities for CSU.
• Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
• Implement data management processes ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Solicit, analyze, document, and prioritize analyst needs.
• Provide real-time updates of collection requirements through databases.
