Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven underwriting experience with a focus on cyber insurance.
• Understanding of cybersecurity risks, data breaches, and technology trends.
• Advanced analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional designations (e.g., CPCU, AU) or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable.
• Proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and underwrite complex cyber insurance risks in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with brokers and clients to tailor cyber coverage solutions.
• Stay updated on cyber threats, trends, and technologies to refine underwriting strategies.
• Collaborate with actuarial, claims, and legal teams to shape product offerings for profitability.
• Lead and mentor junior underwriters to support development.
• Support marketing through client presentations, events, and training sessions.
• Review and improve underwriting processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance and contribute to product development.
