Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Threat Communications Specialist in Bellevue, WA, to translate complex threat and incident data into clear, actionable guidance for executives and customers. You will own board-level reporting, recurring threat briefings, and executive communications within the CSOC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on strategic intelligence writing with BLUF, Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience writing threat intelligence for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Capable oral and written communicator translating threat research into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic CSOC products across teams and deadlines.
• Organize CSOC-level briefings to the CISO and leadership.
• Develop CSOC-wide strategies for meaningful product delivery and organizational change.
• Bridge Incident Response, Security Engineering, and Platform Defense to harden the environment.
