Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Strategic Threat Communications Specialist in the CSOC to translate complex threat and incident data into clear guidance for executives and customers. You will own board-level reporting and recurring threat briefings while driving feedback loops with leadership.

You will coordinate CSOC products, craft actionable intelligence, and influence Incident Response, Security Engineering, and Platform Defense to strengthen our defenses across a global landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with strategic intelligence writing and standard conventions (BLUF, Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Experience writing threat intelligence for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Capable oral and written communicator to translate threat research into actionable recommendations.
• Autonomous in driving projects and coordinating with globally distributed or remote teams.
• Understanding of existing and emerging threats across multiple industries and profiles.
• Ability to distill patterns and trends from diverse data sources.

Responsibilities

• Product Coordination - coordinate strategic CSOC products across teams with deadlines and written/presented outputs.
• Product Delivery - organize CSOC-level briefings to CISO and leadership.
• Product Strategy - develop CSOC-wide strategies for meaningful changes.
• Cross-Functional Influence - bridge Incident Response, Security Engineering, and Platform Defense to harden the environment.
