Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Threat Communications Specialist within the CSOC to translate threat and incident data into clear, actionable guidance for executives and customers. You will own board-level reporting, recurring data requests, and threat trend communications, influencing multiple CSOC teams and leadership.

In this role, you will coordinate strategic cybersecurity products, deliver organization-wide briefings to the CISO, and craft CSOC-wide strategies to drive company-wide

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with strategic intelligence writing (BLUF, Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Experience writing for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences—threat briefings or reports.
• Able to translate threat research into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSOC strategic products across teams, deadlines and meetings.
• Organize and deliver CSOC-level briefings to leadership.
• Develop CSOC-wide strategies for meaningful product delivery and change.
• Bridge Incident Response, Security Engineering and Platform Defense to harden the environment.
