Job summary

UKG is seeking an Emerald Experience Manager to serve as a strategic advisor and executive partner for our premium customers. You will lead customer success initiatives, ensure system stability, and drive ROI through cross-functional collaboration across UKG Pro, WFM, and related platforms.

In this role you will orchestrate executive governance sessions, monitor adoption and ROI, and translate customer objectives into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM/HRIS or enterprise SaaS customer success, consulting, or advisory roles.
• Ability to consult with enterprise customers at business and technical levels.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours, including on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Executive partnership with customer executives as the single accountable partner.
