Job summary

My Fit Foods is seeking an in-house Talent Head Hunter in Houston to build a market-facing pipeline for executive and culinary leadership roles. You will identify, approach, and engage high-potential professionals, creating relationships before positions open and collaborating with the Head of Recruiting on strategy.

You’ll visit dining and production environments, grow a local and national network, and own searches with urgency and relational persistence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of proactively identifying and recruiting talent.
• Strong professional network or active Rolodex.
• Comfortable approaching people in person to start conversations.
• Confident speaking with executives, directors, chefs, and kitchen leaders.
• Owns candidate profiles and targeted sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Get into the Houston community and build relationships with professionals.
• Visit restaurants, hotels, and production spaces to identify talent.
• Develop local and national networks of executives and operators.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities.
• Map target companies and understand where top talent is working now.
• Take ownership of outreach strategies and candidate movement.
