Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Culinary Chef for Huey's at Links Clubhouse, Destination by Hyatt Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, SC. The role reports to Department Head/Manager in a full-time capacity at the Isle of Palms location.

The Chef will lead the culinary team, develop creative menus, and ensure Hyatt brand standards while working a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• The Chef is responsible for monitoring the daily functions of one of these areas, including providing support and guidance to the culinary team and creating, implementing, and maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards
• Manage colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring
• Monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency daily
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays
