Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication tailored for senior audiences and regulators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with independent research.
• Interpersonal skills and collaboration across lines of business, countries, and regions.
• Foundational knowledge of AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of substantive written responses to CTPO exam inquiries with messaging aligned to firm objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams as a trusted CTPO SME.
• Summarize complex information and present key themes to executives and regulators.
• Conduct program overview sessions and prepare stakeholders for meetings.
• Drive related projects and initiatives, delivering results under pressure.
• Prepare internal reporting, metrics, and analyses of global activities for CTPO.
• Monitor exam timelines and coordinate deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiency solutions in exam management.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and regulators professionally.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across all lines of business and functions.
• Review and update exam management documentation to reflect best practices.
