Job summary

Ovative is seeking a senior technology leader to own the company's technology vision and drive architectural strategy across EMRge and AI OS. You will guide engineering capabilities, enforce standards for reliability, security, and scalability, and work on enterprise integration and orchestration systems.

As a true executive leader, you will hire and shape the tech organization and participate as a full member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of engineering experience.
• 7+ years leading engineering managers in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on technical leader with a proven track record.
• Experience architecting enterprise integration and orchestration systems.
• Production experience with LLM-based systems.
• Experience operationalizing security in enterprise systems.
• Strong build vs. buy instincts.
• Experience with cloud data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
