HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced Vice Chief CRNA to lead and supervise a dedicated group of anesthesia professionals at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA. The role partners with the Chief CRNA to align facility goals with divisional objectives and ensure optimal patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have CRNA certification, an active license with ACLS/BLS, and a strong track record in perioperative leadership across diverse case types including trauma,

Qualifications

• Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college and accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA.
• Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and maintain efficient perioperative workflow.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams.
• Supervise and evaluate staff APPs and SRNAs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
