Job summary

The Chief CRNA will engage with facility leadership and department partners to optimize staffing, efficiency, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for stipends related to trauma, cardiac, and complex neuro cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of anesthesia experience with prior leadership roles in a large community hospital.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the anesthesia team at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
• Serve as liaison between facility leadership, anesthesia practice and ancillary departments, ensuring operational excellence.
