Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a Senior Corporate Pilot (Director Level) to lead end-to-end flight execution, from planning to post-flight reviews, in compliance with FAA regulations and PayPal policies. You’ll operate company aircraft with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and passenger comfort.

Role involves bold travel with high discretion, superb communication, and meticulous record-keeping across logs and checklists to support executive movements and corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant flying experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 2,000 hours turbine/multi-engine.
• Current ATP certificate and FAA First‑Class Medical.
• Expertise in flight planning, meteorology, performance, and risk management.
• Exceptional communication, discretion, and customer-service mindset.
• Proven ability to think clearly and act decisively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with all applicable regulations and company SOPs.
• Create and execute thorough flight plans, considering weather, routing, alternates, performance, and fuel requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive preflight inspections of aircraft systems, avionics, engines, landing gear, and safety equipment.
• Coordinate with air traffic control for clearances, departures, en route operations, and arrivals.
• Manage abnormal and emergency situations using established procedures and sound judgment.
• Uphold passenger safety and comfort, communicating flight details and addressing needs discreetly and professionally.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and regulatory compliance across logs, checklists, and operational records.
