Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function across hospitality, real estate, and corporate entities. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, and a focus on controls and accurate financial reporting.

The Senior Corporate Controller will drive the monthly close, consolidate financial statements, and collaborate with executives to provide actionable financial insights and robust internal controls across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
Experience leading accounting teams and reviewing work of others.
Experience across multiple legal entities and operating businesses.
Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, internal controls.
Hospitality, real estate, or multi-location experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting function across hospitality, real estate, and corporate entities.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
Prepare consolidated financial statements.
Maintain internal controls and policies.
Develop dashboards and reporting for executives.
