Job summary

SRG Residential seeks an experienced VP Corporate Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls and compliance across our corporate and development projects. You will partner with executives, operations, auditors and tax advisors to support strategic decision‑making and financial integrity.

This senior leadership position requires strong experience in real estate accounting, multi‑entity environments and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience.
CPA designation preferred.
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in a multi‑discipline real estate company.
Significant experience in real estate development, construction accounting, real estate investment or property management.

Responsibilities

Oversee corporate accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting and tax compliance.
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in line with US GAAP.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes and internal controls.
Lead audits with external auditors and maintain statutory compliance.
Provide financial analyses, forecasts and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Drive process improvements and automation for accounting efficiency.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
Supervise and develop the Corporate Accounting team.
