Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of engineering leadership experience, including director-level responsibilities.
• Budget/fiscal oversight experience required, with policy and decision-making involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, enterprise-level leadership across multiple engineering and operational divisions.
• Oversee planning, design, construction, and maintenance for citywide infrastructure.
• Drive modernization, process improvement, and performance management across DOTI divisions.
