  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve challenges before they impact the business.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, offsite meetings, travel, and complex schedules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools and applying sound judgment to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Communications are polished, accurate, and audience-appropriate. Stakeholders view the executive office as responsive, organized, collaborative, and trusted. Processes and technology are leveraged to improve efficiency, quality, and business impact. This is an opportunity for a highly capable professional who enjoys building relationships, creating order from complexity, and serving as a trusted partner in a dynamic leadership environment.
