Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior operations/management experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Ability to supervise Staff Accountant.
• Demonstrated commitment to public interest advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior management of ELPC’s business operations.
• Oversee finance, human resources, IT systems, and risk management.
• Generate financial reports for funders and oversee annual audits.
