Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; four years of related education and work experience may substitute.
• Minimum of three years of experience providing executive communications support, including content research and development of executive communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the talent to authentically convey voice and style of executives.
• Comfortable working closely with executives and leadership teams; maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Capture ideas from meetings, conversations, events, and interviews to produce polished content.
• Transform raw ideas into written content preserving the executive’s voice.
• Develop executive summaries, briefs, outlines, research memoranda, presentations, manuscripts, and supporting materials.
• Synthesize large amounts of information into concise, actionable documents.
• Assist in content development for books, educational programs, presentations, newsletters, articles, podcasts, videos, and digital platforms.
• Organize content and manage knowledge repositories to support thought leadership efforts.
