Job summary

Harvest Group, based in Rogers, AR, is seeking a Content Manager or Senior Content Manager to lead the executive content program, driving strategy, development, publishing, and measurement across LinkedIn and other strategic channels.

Working with executives, marketing, and cross-functional partners, you will shape topics, manage workflows, and scale content programs, including the in-house video studio, to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of content marketing, content writing, or corporate communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Harvest Group's executive content strategy across LinkedIn and strategic channels.
• Partner with marketing leaders to identify timely content opportunities.
• Build scalable workflows to expand content across leaders and initiatives.
• Oversee in-house video studio planning and execution.
• Stay current on content trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
