Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Content Creation and Communications for the Financial Services group in Plano, TX. You will lead an external executive blog, ghostwrite for leaders, and drive cross-channel content and reputation strategies with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience in corporate communications or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in communication/thought leadership strategy development for executives.
At least 2 years of experience in ghostwriting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or Journalism preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution of an external thought leadership blog and content calendar.
Drive internal amplification strategies for external initiatives and executive initiatives.
Contribute to social media copy and strategy to amplify executive voices.
Develop external executive reputation strategies across SEO and GEO search.
Collaborate cross-functionally on high-visibility projects and stakeholder input.
