Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 6 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation/management, internal or external communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, social media management, writing, or a combination.
• At least 3 years of experience in communication, content or thought leadership strategy development for executive leaders.
• At least 2 years of experience in ghostwriting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of external thought leadership blog, creating/managing content calendars, serving as a primary content writer and leveraging data to drive improvements.
• Lead internal amplification strategies for external initiatives, including divisional awards, media moments and the executive podcast.
• Contribute to social media copy writing and strategy in support of amplifying executive voices.
• Drive external executive reputation strategies, improving presence across SEO and GEO search.
• Partner cross-functionally on key initiatives with the ability to manage high-visibility projects, gather input from a variety of stakeholders, and drive results.
• Openly and actively contribute as a member of the Financial Services Communications team, identifying key opportunities and taking the lead on developing solutions that address both internal and external needs.
• Highly effective communications skills with outstanding writing abilities, including the ability to ghostwrite content in the style and voice of leaders.
